GLOBAL MEDIACOM BOOKED 6% REVENUE INCREASE

Summary
 
PT Global Mediacom Tbk (Mediacom) recorded a rise in consolidated revenue from continuing operation from Rp 3,494 billion for the period ended 30 September 2008 to Rp3,714 billion for the period ended 30 September 2009. 
 
Indovision booked revenue from Rp566 billion per 9M-2008 to Rp 754 billion per 9M-2009 which primarily due to increasing the number of subscribers. As of September 2009, Indovision has dominated the Pay TV market with over 60% market share. Revenue from MNC grew from Rp 2,762 billion per 9M-2008 to Rp 2,831 billion per 9M-2009.

Jakarta, Indonesia June 18, 2009

PT Global Mediacom Tbk (Mediacom or the Company) conducted its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) today to report on the financial statement for the year ended December 31, 2008. The yearly financial report has been accepted and ratified as well as approved in the AGMS. The Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners were also granted the full release and discharged (acquit et de charge) from their operational and supervisory duties conducted during the financial year ended December 31, 2008.

Indovision Launched The Satellite Of ?Indostar II?

On Saturday, May 16, 2009, Indovision has successfully launched a satellite ?Indostar II? from the Baikonur Kazakhstan, to replace the existing aging model.  The new satellite will have the capacity to transmit 150 channels that will more than double our current channel line-ups (excluding channels for radio broadcast) being offered to our subscribers.
